General Aung San was a much loved and honored leader in the mind of both young and old peace-loving people of myanmar, including me at the most. From the time I was in Primary School, I've had this soft of view that we are not born to be humiliated, mistreated, misguided, misruled and downtrodden by any one. But but there lay a great burden of taking the country to the front-row where all the world is trying to get ahead thinking for its own place, safety, prosperity and developement whereas myanmar seemed to be bogged down by the many burdens it has been creating for itself, for years. I we learnt how the foreiners came and took our precious stones and jjewelries away to their homeland in the schools, and how we had fight back them and drive them off our land. Many leaders died for that and some are forgotten when some are remembered with painful memories. One which we will never forget is |General Aung San.He had tried the most and he had done the most for the country. He even gave his life for us.He did pay his life and sacrificed his family for the freedom of myanmar. But we never got what he paid his life as a price for: Freedom.

And the lady was not worried about her family either but took the unfinished work her father for the freedom, posperity, peace and developement of Myanmar. She took the pains as much as her father did,but not only for her deceased father, but for all.She gave the glimpse of what democracy is to the people of myanmar, and the hope for it in the minds of people, she kindled it too.

And now we not only hear the word but also do some little action of democracy, though we we to go a long way. We have in ourhands what General Aung San had wanted for for us, but we still have to use it for the good of many all the while learning it and and handling it with love and care. And to me it means not self but the people.

Will he,the father be happy about it. In my mind's eyes I see him with tears for the reason some may put it as sorrow but which I am trying to take it as happiness. What do you think?
